The role focuses on customer service, communication, scheduling, and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors and clients professionally;
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls;
Manage appointments, meetings, and calendars;
Handle emails, mail distribution, and courier services;
Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization;
Perform data entry and basic administrative duties;
Support office staff with clerical tasks;
Keep records and files updated accurately;
Respond to customer inquiries and provide information.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 1 year of front desk experience preferred;
Minimum 1 year of administrative experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent;
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French;
